This is tribute to one of my favorite characters in the anime series Bleach. The next time Abarai meets Ichigo, they fight again, and Renji says that he blames Ichigo for Rukia's death penalty. Ichigo defeats him this time, and Renji realizes that he was the one who should have gone after Rukia, and maybe she wouldn't have needed to face the death penalty.
