Bleach follows the adventures of Kurosaki Ichigo, a high school student with the ability to see Hollow, and Kuchiki Rukia, a Shinigami. The story opens with the sudden appearance of the shinigami, Rukia Kuchiki, in Ichigo Kurosaki's bedroom. She is surprised at his ability to see her, but their resulting conversation is interrupted by the appearance of a ghost, an evil spirit.

Movie Description

A valuable artifact known as "King's Seal" is stolen by a mysterious group of people during transport in Soul Society. Hitsugaya Toushiro, the 10th division captain of Gotei 13, who is assigned to transport the seal fights the leader of the group and shortly after goes missing. After the incident, Seireitei declares Hitsugaya a traitor and orders the capture and execution of Hitsugaya. Kurosaki Ichigo refuses to believe this, and along with Matsumoto Rangiku, Kuchiki Rukia and Abarai Renji swear to uncover the real mastermind of the stolen seal, find Hitsugaya and clear his name. Meanwhile, a rogue Hitsugaya searches for the perpetrators and uncovers a dark secret regarding a long dead shinigami.

This would be based on the events of the manga:

Ichigo manages to rescue Orihime, after defeating the espada Ulquiorra Schiffer. But unable to find a way back to their world, Ichigo and the rest are left stranded on Huenco Mundo. Meanwhile, It looks like the soul reapers are barely winning, with the 'four elite soul reapers' protecting the pillars, The captains proceed to fight with Barrigan. Barrigan is defeated and soon, the other espada and Aizen, Kaname and Gin come out. Captain yamamato, (1st division captain) Remains passive. Gin engages with Izuru Kira, Who leaves his post and fights against him, to be defeated and rangiku takes over and wins. Kaname squares off against Saijin [It should be this way, pretty climatic], Saijin wins, but with a dead Kaname, sheds tears and vows to upkeep his beliefs. Aizen defeats the rest of the captains and soul reapers with ease, but not without having a long fight with Toshiro, who desires revenge for what Aizen did to Hinamori, leaving the espada that are with him and Him to fight General yamamoto. Yamamoto is almost at the losing end. Till a mysterious arrow hits the scene....

*scene changes to Huneco mundo*

As Ichigo and the rest, including Kuchiki Byakuya and Kenpachi sit around a certain area, waiting, out appears Urahara from nowhere whom gives them a way back to the real world to assist the battle. Ichigo pauses, seemingly unwillingly to help out. But then, Ichigo thinks about the friends that would be in trouble if Aizen was left undefeated, Ichigo enters the portal along with the rest, to protect his friends!

*back to scene*

Ryuken Ishida, in his quincy form, along with Isshin Kurosaki enter the scene. Aizen engages with Ryuken and Isshin, who prove to be a match for him. But just when the duo are almost seemingly to be defeated, a portal opens, with it comes out Ichigo and the rest. Kenpachi, Byakuya, Renji, chad, Orihime and Uryu engage with the other espadas that Aizen has brought. Meanwhile, Ichigo begins to duel one on one with Aizen. As the duel continues, it seems Ichigo has the upperhand when Aizen makes use of his shikai to defeat Ichigo. Ichigo is helpless before Aizen's shikai, leaving him all thrashed up. Just as Aizen is about to do the finishing blow, Shinji and the vizard step in. Kisuke then opens another portal which Isshin Kurosaki drags Ichigo in. There, Ichigo and Isshin have a small chat, both father and son coming to a understanding. Then Isshin tells Ichigo that if Ichigo can defeat him, he will have a chance against Aizen. Ichigo nods, and sqaures off against Isshin. Finally, Ichigo is almost at his wits end again when Zangetsu appears and tells Ichigo, to remember, that this time, the battle is to win, not for winning, but for his friends. Ichigo recalls his resolve when he became a shinigami and realises that he has been figghting to win battles to survive recently, unlike the other times like when he was trying to win battles to rescue Rukia. Ichigo takes up his Bankai again and defeats Isshin, his resolve pushing his reiatsu to further heights. Isshin gives a nod of approval to Ichigo and opens the way back to the place where Shinji and the other vizard are fighting Aizen, whom want him dead for what he did to them, but are losing.

Aizen grins as all the other vizard lie on the floor, defeated and wounded. Shinji is barely standing, trying his hardest to get up and fight. Aizen laughs at Shinj and then scoffs at him. As Aizen raises his blade, a portal opens, and a flash comes out of it and just in time to block Aizen's attack. Ichigo reappears and Aizen senses the difference in Ichigo. Ichigo and Aizen square off. Aizen uses his shikai, it hampers Ichigo, but very soon Ichigo overcomes Aizen's shikai. Aizen resorts to his Bankai. Ichigo and Aizen begin to clash and clash very hard. Reiatsu is being given out from their duel. Eeventually, Ichigo manages to even go further then Aizen's limit in the fighting style of zanpakto.Aizen is shocked as Ichigo gives him a finishing blow. Giving his last words Aizen asks, "How on earth.... did... you overcome the limit...?" Ichigo remakrs that it was his resolve that brought him this far. Aizen dies and things go back to normal.

The aftermath...

Ichigo and the rest go back to their normal lives, with Rukia and Renji along with the other soul reapers returning to soul society. Back in soul society, a year kater, General Yamamato is sent to the royal guards for his great service to soul society. Toshiro is appointed the 1st division captain due to his skill. Everybody's lives resume as normal. Rukia and Renji meet with the Shibas and remember the good times with Ichigo and the rest. Back in the real world, Ichigo and Orihime become an item. Everybody's lives resume as per normal. Ichigo recalls the first day he met Rukia and how his lives along with his schoolmates have changed. Then he senses a reiatsu of a hollow, gets out of his body and into his soul reaper form. Then the scene ends with ichigo dashing off, with these words as his thoughts, "I will protect my friends, till the very end... For I am Kurosaki Ichigo, Soul reaper substitue!"

End.

The ending's a bit off, because I am a bit hazy on some facts. But this would be my ending.

At this point, Aizen might be the strongest in the soul society. Or is he??

First, we all know that Aizen is not using his Bankai ,but he is able to kick Hitsugaya Toushirou and Ichigo's ass while they both changed Soul cutter into a Bankai form. ( Unlike Naruto's writer, Kishimoto, Bleach's writer, Tate Kubo seems to like get his popular characters to lose, which is not a bad thing because "good always wins" is boring for some major manga maniacs)

Second, As I mentioned in other post, Aizen shows his true identity because Aizen, himself, might believe that no one in the soul society can take Aizen down. At this point, his super cool(g*y-a*s) soul cutter is making massive hypnosis on everyone in soul society. So, with this power, he is a super man except against Tousen Kaname, who is with Aizen, now.

Third, I personally believe that Ichigo was a part of Aizen's plot, but in this chapter we learn that Aizen has no interest in Ichigo, or Ichimaru Gin might have a plan on his own. He might turn to the good side, and say I sided with Aizen in order to defeat him in his weak spots when the chance comes, so in order to defeat Aizen, Gin used Ichigo. This is only my dream theory because I do not want Ichimaru Gin to fades away after the soul society mission.

Now Aizen's power: I think it only applies if Aizen is not only plain strong.
First, Aizen can create a massive hypnosis. Actually, it is one on one thing, but it can be applied to anyone who were in hypnosis whenever Aizen uses his soul cutter.

By hypnotize an opponent, I think Aizen can mass with enemy's vision (sight).
Aizen looks like 100 meter or 1 mile a way from Ichigo, but in reality Aizen is actually less than 20 inch or 100 cms. And, I think this is how Aizen win against Hitsugaya Toushirou.

Toushirou did not realize what the hell happened because Aizen rush and cut Hitsugaya from a place that is nearly impossible to do based on the distance between Hitsugaya Toushirou and Aizen.

In Ichigo case, Ichigo tries to cut Aizen but Aizen blocked it with one finger. I think Aizen somehow hypnotize Ichigo and make Ichigo to believe that Aizen blocked Ichigo with one finger and stopped Ichigo. And, Aizen cut Ichigo down.

Hypnosis has such power to play with mind. In this case, Tate Kubo upgrades Hypnosis in to a super ability. In fact, Ninja used to use hypnosis all the time. And, samurais believe that ninja actually used some kind illusion magic.

If Aizen cut down Hitsugaya with his own speed and power and blocked the Ichigo's soul cutter with only one finger, Aizen should be unstoppable by anyone in soul society. But, if Aizen is just plain strong, Rukia's fate is nearly set, and our only hope lies with evil Ichigo who likes to cut people. Cannot wait for the next week's issue.

Summary: As much as he hated to admit it, the hollow was closer to the brat then he’d ever be.

He had been hoping it would just be one of those days. Just another ‘go see the kid, fuck his brains out, and leave’ kinda days. But as soon as he stepped out of the garganta, Grimmjow knew it wasn’t going to be one of those days.

To start off, it was raining. Hard. The Shinigami would be in a bad mood. He always was when it rained. Something to do with his mother or whatever. Grimmjow didn’t really care, except when it interfered with his sex life.

Standing just outside the brat’s house, he could see the teen thrashing violently in his bed. Another nightmare. Grimmjow wasn’t good with the whole “comforting” thing. Ichigo was very fragile and open when it came to the “night frights”, and the Sexta didn’t like that. He didn’t like a weak Ichigo, unless it was because of him. That gave him something to gloat about; this… this was just sad for the both of them.

When the teen made a sharp whining noise, Grimmjow figured he had better wake him up at least. He had barely gotten the window open when he saw it. Him. That white bastard was already there, holding the Shinigami like he was a little kid, who was hiding from the thunder. It only took one stroke on the cheek to wake the orange haired teen from his horrors. Grimmjow hated the way the hollow could smile kindly. He also hated the way Ichigo could just confide in the white being like that. The hollow could pull off the ‘nice’ act. He held the brat closely to his chest, whispering things in his ear, stroking his hair softly. And Ichigo let him. He wanted it. Needed it. His arms wrapped around his hollow tightly, head buried snugly into the white chest. Grimmjow could hear soft sobs escaping the Shinigami’s mouth. Must have been a bad one, since the brat rarely cried.

Looking back out the window, Grimmjow wasn’t sure if he should continue in or just leave. Ichigo definitely wouldn’t be up for a roll in the hay, and even if he was, it sure as hell wouldn’t be what the Sexta was looking for. Grimmjow didn’t do soft sex easily. Only when he was in the mood, which was rarely, and when he knew the kid would go for another round afterwards rougher. Hichigo, on the other hand, could do it. The blue haired hollow had caught them in the act a few times. He wouldn’t say it made him jealous, but it sure as hell made him angry. The white bastard always seemed to have one up on him, and tonight was just the perfect example of it.

He really should have just left, because when he looked back, the white prick was staring at him. He obviously hadn’t alerted Ichigo, because the teen was still clinging to him tightly. But all the same, Grimmjow felt a shiver of jealo-anger- run down his spine as the yellow eyes watched him. The Espada expected the hollow to at least say something, but he merely smirked. Still, it was enough to tell the Espada who’d be getting what tonight. And Grimmjow really wasn’t in the mood to just watch.

He left then, clicking his tongue in annoyance, sonido-ing away from the Kurosaki residence. Maybe he’d come back tomorrow to see if the strawberry was in a better mood. If he wasn’t, well, Grimmjow would just have to make him. Because the Sexta really, really hated loosing to something stupid like rain and lightning.

I've got this story last week...but i can't remember at where i got it.. heee

He didn't understand, and she didn't understand; he wanted to know, and she wanted to know as well. But they wouldn't, never.

He was devoted to Aizen, his only reason was to serve this man that was his god.

She was devoted to her friends, and for their sake, she would destroy Aizen if possible.

There could be nothing between them, nothing that bound them together. Neither of them knew why they didn't want the other to be hurt; neither of them wanted to hurt the other. Yet they knew that they were enemies, that they were to destroy each other one day.

They understood, but maybe they didn't want to know.

And now, that Aizen was gone and had left Ulquiorra in charge of his castle, he didn't know what to do anymore. He knew what was expected of him; but strangely, and for the first time in his short life, he hesitated. He didn't want to see those soft, concerned eyes break, he didn't want to hear the girl#s sad voice never again, he didn't want to spill her blood.

He didn't want to mark her.

They stood there, stood in silence, in a awful, awkward absence of any words, and when Ichigo crashed in, the Espada felt strangely relieved. He wouldn't have to kill the woman, at least not immediately. Yet there mingled another emotion into the relief.

When Orihime called the shinigami's name, he felt something he couldn't explain, yet something that he had heard about from Tousen-sama.

Jealousy.

“You are watching out for your sister?”

The heir of the Kuchiki clan didn't answer. Instead, he kept his eyes up, staring at the towers of las Noches.

Unohana smiled. “Don't worry. I healed her myself, she is back at her full power now.”

She felt Byakuya relaxing a little. The noble would never admit it, but the fourth division taichou had known him since he had been a little crying baby. And she could tell that the man cared for his sister, cared really, really much, just as much as he had cared for his deceased wife.

Suddenly, Byakuya tensed again.

“They are here.”

Unohana didn't ask. She felt it as well. “But only one. Hiyori-chan.”

They stared towards the angered reiatsu.

“What is a vizard doing here, all alone?

...

He was disturbed now. Really, really disturbed. Szayel's experimental chamber had been pretty interesting, but now the senkaimon was closed he had nowhere to carry it to.

He wanted to examine the other scientist's stuff.

No, Mayuri really wasn't in a good mood.

And the sudden appearance of Nemu's predecessor didn't really lift his spirits.

“So?”

She shrugged and shot an annoyed glance at him. “I wasn't looking for you to begin with, you are disgusting.” Then she grinned. “But I guess that isn't news to you. Well...

Seen that substitute shinigami?”

“Ah. I heard that you vizards were interested in him?”

Another shrug. “Doesn't have to bother you. Seen him?” Her eyes became slits, and then she turned and shunpoed away.

Mayuri watched her back for seconds, then looked at Nemu.

“What are you dumb thing standing around and staring? Hurry, get this instruments! There is no way you can't carry it, I've built you to carry heavy loads!”

And it didn't take long that he didn't think about Hiyori anymore.

“What do you want?”

“Let go of her!”

He didn't have to consider it. “No.”

“She is my friend, and she will go back to Karakura now!”

He laid the hand on his sword. “No.” And it wasn't just Aizen-sama's order that made him refuse. He didn't want Orihime to leave.

“I won't let you kill her!” The orange haired shinigami reached for his weapon – too slow. With lethal precision, the espada's sword aimed for his heart – to be deflected by a katana that was decorated with small hearts.

Ulquiorra blinked.

“Who are you?”

“Other way round.” She furrowed her brows. “Who 're you?”

They stared at each other for some time.

“Why do you help him?”

“He's an idiot and can't handle things himself. I-” She kicked Ichigo into the stomach when he tried to slide around her and approach Ulquiorra. “I came to settle things down here and take him home. Well?”

He stared. “You want to rescue Inoue Orihime?”

The answer would have been no. Hiyori was happy, damn happy that the annoying girl that always tried to be around Ichigo and win his attention was gone. But she wouldn#t dare to say so. Ichigo was around. And Ichigo...

“Well.” She fell into battle stance. “You wanna hinder me?”

“I will.” He drew his sword, the tip of it pointing at the former shinigami.

She grinned widely, mischievously, and jumped forward. Her first thrust came high, then she was behind him, whirling around, planning to launch deep. But the black haired was faster, already besides her, driving his sword into her abdomen- or rather, the place where it had been.

Hiyori had shunpoed away in time, but there was still a little bit of blood dripping from her left arm. Ulquiorra didn't wait and followed, cutting low. Swords clang together, and both opponents had to retreat.

“Yer good.”

They stared at each other.

“You too.”

They stared a little longer.

“Woman.”

Orihime winced. “Yes?”

“Leave.”

She looked at him in disbelief, and when he didn't add anything, she hurried over to the lying Ichigo. Or rather, went his direction. She had to pass Ulquiorra, and the moment she did, the girl slung her arms around the stoic figure.

“Please, Ulquiorra-kun... Please don't forget me...”

And soft, tender lips pressed at cold, unresponsive ones. Emerald green eyes met brownish green ones, and then, the Espada's sword fell with a thud to the ground. He slowly parted his lips, just a little bit, but it was enough to provide the girl with all the encouragement she needed. She had been wishing to kiss him for weeks now, and so had he, and now, that they would probably never meet again, she just had to. Softly, her hot, wet tongue brushed over his cold lips, warming them up, and then, it was inside his mouth, exploring it further. He didn't react; he didn't know how to.

It wasn't that he hadn't had sex before. He was an arrancar, after all. But this gentle caresses were totally foreign to him, and he had no idea how to handle it.

And then, Orihime pulled away, stepping back and turning to run to the girls side. She bowed low.

“Ulquiorra-san, thank you for everything! I'll never, never forget you!”

The blond girl next to her snorted, grabbed the lying shinigami's collar and opened an senkaimon.

“See ya. On the battlefield.”

And Ulquiorra stood there, waiting until the gate had closed behind them. Then he turned away. He was in charge of Las Noches now, and there were duties he had to fulfill.

At least, the duty of killing the woman was lifted from his shoulders. She would live.

...

“They are gone.”

Rukia nodded. “They are... But, who the hell was that third presence?”

She got no answer. The Quincy just pushed his glasses up his nose. “More interesting would be why they could use a senkaimon when Aizen imprisoned us here?”

“Maybe he got distracted?” It didn't sound as if Renji believed in his own words, and Rukia avoided the upcoming dispute by slapping their heads and pointing towards the area they had come from.

“Stop that. There are more important tasks to do than speculate. Come. Let's go back to Nii-sama's place.”

And in some way, the suggestion sounded way too happy to Renji's ears.

Given in the latest manga... byakuya called yoruichi cat demon. does he knows about her ability that she can transform into a cat? Yoruichi plays with young byakuya a lot, so she must of turn into one in front of him. Manga that show that yoruichi always play a fool wif byakuya while he still a boy.

BLEACH FULL EPISODE 168

Guys.. sorry for late..Bleach episode 168 entittle The New Captain Appears! His name is Amagai Shuusuke airs on TV in Japan on the 23rd of April...Well, this first episode of the new arc is all about the new captain Amagai Shuusuke and how he’s integrated into the third division with Kira. The only mention of the ongoing Hueco Mundo stuff is when the narrator talks briefly at the beginning, making it basically sound like this will be a standalone side story until they can pick things back up with the manga storyline again. Grimmjow has light blue hair, and his eyes have blue/green lines below them that are similar to the red marks on Ikkaku Madarame's eyes. Grimmjow's attire consists of a white hakama and a black sash, his white jacket is ragged and consists of an upturned collar, with black inner lining, the sleeves are rolled and Grimmjow wears it open; chest revealed. The remains of his jawbone like hollow mask are relegated to his right cheek, and his hollow hole has moved to his abdomen.

Grimmjow is a sadistic and entirely amoral individual. He dislikes taking orders, and will knowingly disobey his superiors if he does not like their decisions. Ferocious and hotheaded in combat, he detests the cold calculation of some of his fellow Espada, preferring to fight completely instinctively. Although he does not have any special abilities aside from standard arrancar powers, he uses these powers much more liberally and aggressively than his fellow Espada, making him a challenging opponent even for higher ranked arrancar such as Ulquiorra Schiffer. Grimmjow's released form makes the resemblance even more apparent. The two have also been identically posed for volume covers.

In the episode 167, Grimmjow's past and his ascension to Adjuchas, along with his meeting of Shawlong and the others is revealed, as the battle with Ichigo continues. Grimmjow pulls out his final strongest technique, Desgarrón and he prepares to end the fight. Ichigo is not willing to give in either and they clash as the battle finally ends.

Who is ichigo love? Inoue or rukia?

Like many other friends of Ichigo, Inoue quickly develops spiritual powers of her own after Ichigo becomes a Shinigami. Her given name is taken from a Japanese legend that the festivalTanabata is based on. On a chapter cover in Volume 1 of the manga, the word vega a star that symbolizes Orihime the weaver princess from the Tanabata legend, is printed to show the connection. After Rukia is taken back to soul society to be executed, Orihime joins Ichigo and some of her other classmates in an effort to save her. Upon arriving in Soul Society their group is split up, and Orihime wanders the city with ishida. If you watch episode 166 (like right at the end) i think there is some pretty good moments between the two and they are so meant to be together plus i don't like Rukia she need to be with Renji. In episode 16 when rukia leaves ichigo's house, while running on the road she says "true love". is it about ichigo?

Inoue on the other hand, was shocked seeing Hollow Ichigo before her.Back on the battlefield, Grimmjow seemed to target Ichigo’s mask to totally worn out since he concluded that it is the source of his superhuman strength, but Ichigo equally match Grimmjow’s attack and were able to successfully hit Grimmjow, they were able to penetrate a crack on each others mask but Ichigo was able to regain the mask’s form. Later on the battle, as Ichigo tried to evade Grimmjow’s attack, it came to his senses that Inoue and Nel are just behind him and will eventually hit them.

Rukia and Ichigo have more of a love hate thing, but I'm rooting for them! They make a better couple because they bring out the best and worse of each other. They are just too funny together! Rukia had a weird feeling when this new student hugged her. It felt like, the guy had deep connection with her in other life. Her hands were moving by themselves too when she wrapped her arms around his body, and closing the gap between them. She didn’t know why she was moving like that. Rukia herself was very surprised by her action but when their bodies touched, she fell deep in his scent. So she hugged him even tighter. Maybe this is the chemistry between a girl and her future son. Ichigo who was holding his anger from inside, walked towards Shinichi and punched him straight to his face. Keigo and Chad quickly held Ichigo’s arm from starting a fight, while Inoue helped Shinichi to stand up. Blood started to flow from Shinichi’s face, to put it clear, nose. Everyone else just quiet and watched the scene.

Anywho, my current cosplay costume is almost done, so I'm already researching my next cosplay. Needless to say it's going to be a bleach outfit. The one I want to do specifically is the captain who has the duel swords and that flower covered overcoat. Does anyone have any good information on the layers that entails and what's involved with putting one together? Patterns, hints, maybe some pointers on finding pictures and info on his uniform would be awesome if anyone has any. Other than doing a lot of screen captures from the anime, and maybe some pages from the manga, I'm unsure of how to find what I'm after for this. We have a full line of high quality adult cosplay costumes and accessories. These items are special ordered, so allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery.

Nel does not carry a zanpakutō in her child form, but has the unique ability to swallow enemy attacks and fire them back with powerful force exceeding that of the original hit, indicated by the eyes on her skull mask glowing (as well as being able to accelerate her movements with what seem to be a rudimentary form of Sonido). She also has the ability to heal others with her vomit (which she believes to be saliva). In her original form, she carries a zanpakutō with a green sheath and a hilt shaped like two crescent moons joined together at each other's back. Her speed and strength are greatly increased as well, fitting with her former position. She retains her attack absorption ability in her original form, and also performs it with greater ease. According to Nnoitra, Nel's trademark is to absorb an incoming cero and fire one of her own while returning it, thus creating a "double cero".

This is tribute to one of my favorite characters in the anime series Bleach. The next time Abarai meets Ichigo, they fight again, and Renji says that he blames Ichigo for Rukia's death penalty. Ichigo defeats him this time, and Renji realizes that he was the one who should have gone after Rukia, and maybe she wouldn't have needed to face the death penalty. Despite the fact that he somewhat hates Ichigo at that point, he develops a sense of respect for him and asks Ichigo to save Rukia.

ichigo is like naruto both have shear power and have little understanding over it. both of them gain their power from an alternate source...(my theory is the store keeper dude(brainfart) wanted to experiment on ichigo and gave him tons of power to test his hollow thingy hence the mask) and naruto with kyuubi. both have been trained by some of the best so really its practically the same character but 2 different animes

Neliel Tu Oderschvank commonly known as Nel Tu is a good-natured, child-like arrancar when first introduced. The remains of her hollow mask make up a cartoonish skull on the top of her head. Nel's appearance is in stark contrast to her vocabulary, which contains a number of bizarre phrases and words one wouldn't expect such a small child to know, such as referring to herself as a masochist. Nel and her companions represent oddities among hollows; though most hollows are evil, Nel actually fears shinigami, assuming they are in fact the evil ones. In spite of this, she develops an attachment to Ichigo and follows him into Las Noches.

Nel's true form is that of a fully-grown woman with longer hair but otherwise similar features. Her skull mask changes slightly, its features appearing less cartoonish with a pair of curved horns. A large "3" tattooed on her back indicates that she was previously the 3rd Espada She was expelled from Las Noches by Nnoitra Jiruga after a sneak attack by him and Szayel Aporro Granz caused her to turn into her child-form and gave her amnesia. Because of her amnesia, she is doubtful when Nnoitra identifies her as a former Espada, but when he begins harming Ichigo, Nel's concern causes her to spontaneously transform into her previous form. Although having grown up physically, she still seems to have her child-like affection over Ichigo, as she suddenly hugs him after attacking Nnoitra without realizing that Ichigo was losing consciousness. She reverts back to her child form, with no apparent memory of what had just occurred, before she could defeat Nnoitra and is left at his mercy.

Zanpakutou: A Shinigami gains their Zanpakutou when they graduate from the academy (central institute of spiritual art). Each zanpakutou is as unique as the wielder, contianing its own personallity and apperance. Many zanpakutous are capable of performing ''releases''. The ''first release'' is called Shikai, while ''full release'' is called Bankai. Both Shikai and Banki increase the power of the wielder. "Bankai", the third form, means "all release". Only shinigami at the Captain's rank, or highly powerful Vice-Captains can acquire bankai. Increasing the zanpaku-to's power by as much as a factor of ten, it takes many decades of intense training to learn bankai (or three days of cheating courtesy of Urahara and Yoruichi. ^^) Triggering a zanpaku-to's bankai needs only a one-word incantation: Bankai.

Zangetsu also has its own apperance and is one of the few zanpakutous we see materialize themselves. He looks like a shinigami to some extent, but his robe has multiple tattered edges that he seems to be able to control, and a rugged looking face, with a pair of funky glasses to match

Zangeki: Zangetsu is the zanpakutou Kurosaki Ichigo recieves from Rukia during the first chapter. Getsuga Tensho (Moon Fang Striking The Sky) Zangetsu takes Ichigo's spiritual pressure and releases the super high density pressure from the blade and the Zangeki becomes bigger then explodes. This version of Zangetsu is made mostly for attacking since it lacks the protective pieces of a katana. The special ability of Zangetsu's shikai is that it can turn Ichigo's spiritual energy into a shockwave of energy

Ban-Kai: Ten Sa Zan Getsu (Heavenly Chain Cutting The Moon)
Ichigo'sappearance also changes from normal shinigami garmants to a sleek black outfit with a black tattered cape, much like Zangetsu's outfit. Hollow Ichigo can use a shooting attack called Black Getsuga 'Black Moon Fang'. The top half of his shinigami robe becomes a sort of suit topcoat instead of a kimono, pinned together at one spot, then left to flare out into ragged ends, similar to the way Zangetsu's looks.

Normal: Kept inside of his cane. Because it resides in a cane it's hilt is still the handle of the cane so looks differnt than most zanpakutou's. Urahara's cane also has the ability to seperate souls from their bodies.

Shi-Kai: Benihime (Crimson Princess)
- release command: "Okiro!" ("Wake Up!") and "Nake" ("Sing!")
Changes dramatically as it is no longer in anyway a cane. Benihime can produce a shield and an explosive attack. Urahara's Shikai does not change any appearence on the player's Zanpakuto or graphic however, it gives the ability to use a shield AND a blast attack! The Blood Mist shot is a red version of Sado's Power Blast and has some power got inside of it..

Hyourinmaru

Shi kai : Hyourinmaru (Ice Ring)

- release command: "Souten ni Zase!" ("Soar In The Frozen Sky!")

Master Way: Shoot Dragon.

Description:
Hyourinmaru is not too different from a regular katana in its normal-form. It does seem to be a bit longer than a regular katana. The most outstanding feature is its crossguard, which is in the shape of a golden, four-pointed star. Captain Hitsugaya usually carries Hyourinmaru slung over his back, hilt poking over his right shoulder, instead of at his hip. Hyourinmaru is also the most powerful ice elemental zanpakutou in Soul Society

Hitsugaya's Shikai does not change the sword, but it lets the user shoot an Ice/Water Dragon that can freeze anything it hits (players/NPC).The pressure from Hyourinmaru's water attack is so fierce that it peels the ememies flesh from their bones. even the moisture in the air, starts to freeze. So even if you don't drown in the deluge that is the dragon, the water still soaking you will freeze you til you die.

Bankai :Dai Guren Hyourin Maru (Great Red Ice Ring)

Hitsugaya's Bankai gives a small boost to the player's stats. It lets the player to shoot the Dragon (like before), and normal attacking gets stronger.The player has now huge Ice wings and tail. Hyourinmaru's name lengthens to Dai Guren Hyourinmaru which meansGreat Crimson Ice Ring. Being the most powerful known ice elemental zanpaku-to, Dai Guren Hyourinmaru includes not only a moving ice-floe, but also independently mobile ice-stars.

Senbonzakura
Name Meaning: Thousand Cherry Trees
Wielder: Kuchiki Byakuya
First Shi-Kai: Chapter 116, vol. 014
First Ban-Kai: Chapter 142, vol. 017

Description:

Byakuya's sword becomes into many petals that takes few platforms .Senbon Zakura doesn't deviate from the norm in its plain form, looking just like a normal katana. Captain Kuchiki isn't inventive in carrying it, either, keeping it slung at his waist.

Shi-Kai : Senbonzakura (One Thousand Cherry Tree)

- release command: "Chire!" ("Scatter!")

Speaking the short word "chire" which means scatter, Captain Kuchiki makes Senbon Zakura's blade disappear and turn into what looks like thousands of small cherry blossom flower petals. They scatter and shread the enemy.

Ban-Kai: Senbonzakura Kageyoshi (One Thousand Cherry Blossoms Brutal Shadows) Invisible Damage. In bankai form, Sebon Zakura name lenghtens to Senbon Zakura Kageyoshi, which means Thousand Cherry Trees, Solemn Shadow. Senbon Zakura Kageyoshi is a stonger version of the shikai form of Senbon Zakura. No one can see the movements of those blades or dodge them, except Kurosaki Ichigo. Byakuya's Ban-kai's final stage is called Hakutieken (White Imperial Blade)

This is a speical attack learnt after mastering Bankai. In here, the petals disappear and the target (on the screen) will be trapped along with the user inside a pink-sword cage. The user gets his sword back, but it looks a bit different and the stats are boosted.

Zabimaru

Description:
Like the vast majority of other zanpakutou, Zabimaru's normal form looks exactly like any old katana, and Renji carries it stuck through his obi, like any samurai would. The only difference is the crossguard has a stylized lighting-bolt pattern carved into it. Zabimaru leaves its body behind, giving the opportunity of using Higga Zekkou: If an enemy is standing on the body itself, he'll get hit by the user's Reiatsu, which contacts Zabimaru together.

Shi - kai : Zabimaru (Serpent Tail)
Renji's zanpakutou grows larger and has a saw like appearence. Zabimaru can extend and retract at Renji's will. It can be thrown around like a whip and slice threw the enemy. The real surprise comes when opponents figure out that Zabimaru is not a sword, but actually a sort of whip. The plates are joined with a flexible material that can extend incredible distances. Renji can mentally control the length of the whip, but it still takes some weapons finesse to control it directionally

Ban Kai :Hihiou Zabimaru
Renji's zanpakutou turns into a giant snake skeleton and coils around the ground with him in the center. Segiments of Hihiou are connected with Renji's spiritual pressure thus making him stronger. Though bulky Hihiou is a great endurance zanpakutou even if it losses one or two segments it can still fight. Renji holds onto the tip of the tail, which then coils into multitudes of round ribs all the way up into a huge snake head, complete with white furry ruff at the back of the skull-joint and several rows of fangs. The skull is the only thing that slightly resembles a baboon. Like Zabimaru's Shikai, Hihiou Zabimaru is a whip of sorts, except it just has a much larger range. Also instead of having a flexible material joining the rib segments, all of Hihiou Zabimaru is held together by Renji's spiritual pressure, so it's nearly impossible for an opponent to sever it.

Description:
Captain Kurotsuchi keeps it in a loose, blobby-looking light colored sheath hung from the very front of his belt, dangling from his belly button down to between his knees. When in Bankai form Ashisogi Jizou's name lengthens to Konjiki Ashisogi Jizou.

Mayuri's zanpakutou turns into a weird staff like weapon with three prongs coming out the top. Above the crossguard is a huge, round, bronze face that looks like a bald, bulging-eyed cross between an alien and a baby. The thing is at least as big as Kurotsuchi's own head. The blade itself splits into three wavy prongs that come out at angles from the top and sides of the head, like some crazy set of horns, with the middle prong being the longest. As an ability, Ashisogi Jizou paralyzes the motor nerves of whatever living thing it hits.

Ashisogi Jizou's name lenthens to Konjiki Ashisogi Jizou which means Golden Legshredder Priest. The body itself is shrouded in a ragged, grayish cloak that makes it look like a floating ghost. Underneath the cloak is a fat, pasty-pale caterpillar-like torso. Mist constantly streams from the corners of its mouth. The most dangerous part of the Bankai, that mist is a specialized poison Konjiki Ashisogi Jizou makes from Captain Kurotsuchi's blood. One good lungful of the stuff is lethal to any living thing within almost two hundred yards of him.

Captains are the most respected and powerful shinigami in Soul Society. With one exception (Kenpachi Zaraki), all captains are able to perform the bankai of their zanpakutō. Knowing bankai gives captains an average of five to ten times the strength of shinigami who are unable to perform it. They have also extensively trained, if not mastered, their bankai, allowing them to actually use the enormous power effectively in battle. Most captains are also skilled in the use of flash steps, kidō, and generally have excellent knowledge of shinigami history and battle tactics. First Division Captain and founder of the shinigami academy. By virtue of his position and seniority, he is also the supreme commander of the Gotei 13. His spiritual pressure is possibly greater than any other being in Soul Society; it was enough to paralyze Ise Nanao--the Eighth Division Vice-Captain--with a mere glance. He wields Ryuujin Jakka, the strongest of all fire-type zanpaku-to. Yamamoto admits to being proud of Ukitake and Kyoraku and that when they first became Captains of Soul Society, he boasted about them as though they were his own sons. The embodiment of conviction, Yamamoto follows the laws and regultaions of Soul Society to the letter, and expects the same of others. He is not a man to tolerate insubordination, and is vocal with those who attempt to be such a way. He is wuick to anger in the face of possible betrayal, and appears rather ruthless in combat.

Captain of the Second Division, and Commander of Covert Operations and Executive Militia. Not much is known about Soi Fong. She is from a lower noble that served the great Shihounin family, and became a comrade of Shihouin Yoruichi (former Captain of the Second Division) at a young age. Soi Fong's family carries a long line of serving the Scret Mobile Forces, placing her in a position to follow those footsteps. From what appeared to be an impressionable young age, she was sent to the Mobile forces, her name changed from Fong Shaolin to Soi Fong on the day she became a Shinigami. She soon became the personal bodyguard of Yoruichi Shihouin, who became a sisterly figure to Soi Fong, as she followed in her superior's footsteps.

After that, Yamada Hanatarou is “caught” by Ukitake Jyuushirou and brought before Unohana for judgment. Biography:
Captain of the Sixth Division. Byakuya is head of the noble Kuchiki family, and as such is sophisticated in his philosophy and manner of speech. He is perpetually cool and collected--many might say cold and emotionless--having never been seen to either smile or lose his temper. Despite his youthful appearance, Byakuya is actually a widower. His wife died some years ago, seemingly of one or another illness. It is not known whether Byakuya's reserved personality developed or increased after his wife's death, but it seems a logical assumption. Byakuya is also a shining example of what a shingami should be as he is extremely law-abiding, this devotion to the law is also heightened by the fact that he is a descendant of a noble family to Byakuya it is the responsibility of the Nobles to lead by example if they do not obey the rules of Soul Society then who will. Byakuya is a nobleman to the core and appears to be unflinching in his devotion to his duty even after Rukia has been sentenced to execution. In his mind regardless of whatever conflicts he may have been feeling on the inside his duty as nobleman and a shingami was to uphold the law and word of the 46 chambers; no feelings he may have would be allowed get in the way of his duty as a result of this his outer shell never cracks or shows anything other than his typically cold exterior.

The huge Captain of the Seventh Division. Komamura is a mysterious individual, hiding his features from view with a large helmet. They share similar life philosophies, though Komamura is seemingly less gentle or hesistant in his approach than Tousen.Komamura reveals at this point that because of his appearance, he was always an outcast. Yet Yamamoto took him in and took care of him, and because of this Komamura always strives to do something for Yamamoto. It is the same reason that has driven Komamura to become a Taicho among the Gotei 13 Squads.

Biography:
The Tenth Division Captain is the youngest captain in the Gotei 13 by a considerable margin. He is known as a prodigy in study of the shinigami arts, earning him the nickname of "Tensai," or "Genius." Despite his youth, Hitsugaya is one of the more mature captains, level-headed and perceptive, if a bit lacking in the humour department. Unlike the unemotional Kuchiki Byakuya, however, the right set of circumstances will put Hitsugaya into anger, annoyance, etc. Presently he is now seen as a shinigami prodigy because of his achievement of a high rank at such a young age. He can be characterized as somewhat of a take-charge type of character in BLEACH. Upon overhearing a conversation between Ichimaru Gin and 5th Squad Captain Aizen Sousuke he acts on his suspicions warning certain people about the sketchy 3rd Squad (Ichimaru Gin and Kira Izuru).

Appearance / Description:
Wears the normal Death god outfit and over it he wears the 11th division robe. Zaraki has a funky hairdo he spikes his hair and at the tips he adds bells. Why does he do this? So his opponents can stand a better chance when they fight him. Hearing the bells according to him will make it easier to hear him coming, His eye patch as sated before eats his spirit force since his spirit force is so enormous that he cant control it.

The bloodthirsty Eleventh Division Captain. Zaraki lives for one purpose and one purpose only: to fight. All other concerns are basically secondary. Though Zaraki enjoys fighting with all his strength, he does not seem particularly concerned with winning or losing; the joy of battle is all that matters to him. Zaraki was originally a nameless swordsman fighting for his life on an apparently daily basis. After much trial, he was spotted by the shinigami and given a position in the Gotei 13, where he rose in the ranks until finally defeating (and, incidentally, killing) the previous Eleventh Division Captain in single combat.

Although Zaraki appears to be ruthless, fierce, and scary he is a good captain. If needed he will aid his division members. As he showed when Ikkaku was about to be attacked by Mayuri. Zaraki stopped Mayuri in time and saved his squad member. Yachiru his vice captain and Zaraki seem to have a strong bond. Since they are always together. He met her before he entered the Gotei 13 and became captain. Although they seem like complete opposites they get along well. She gets away with calling him “Kenchan”, and he doesn’t mind it either.

Biography:
The epitome of a mad scientist, and hence perfect for the job of Twelfth Division Captain. Mayuri paints himself black and white, wears a strange hat, and has altered his body to grant it many strange abilities. His main goal appears to be pursuit of forbidden knowledge at any cost, and he does not hesitate to resort to sadistic or underhanded methods to achieve his ends. Life means nothing to him; he would turn his own men into living bombs if it meant he could do or learn something more easily. Though Mayuri is completely cold and cruel to everyone he meets, he does have one loyal supporter in the form of his "daughter," Nemu. She is completely devoted to her master ,Majuri is nowadays the President of the research institute of technology (he took this job after Urahara btw...). He’s tall, suspiciously looking guy with chains in his ears (sick!) and posionous, green blood (propably it is a part of his experiments).

Biography:

The Captain of the Thirteenth Division, with an almost legendary reputation for being a nice guy. Sadly, Ukitake has frail health and is ill a lot of the time, but in his better moments he is a strong and reliable fighter as well as a caring and compassionate leader. His best friend seems to be Shunsui, with whom he was a fellow student in the early days of Yamamoto Genryuusai's shinigami academy. However, the entire Thirteenth Division seems to love and respect their captain with almost fanatical fervour, and he may thus be said to be a friend of all his subordinates, though not notably close to any of them. Of course, as Kuchiki Rukia's former captain, he is quite concerned as to her eventual fate. Although not directly stated as to the ailment, Ukitake suffers from a severe illness that seems to prevent him from doing battle on several successive occasions and requires progressive treatment. How ever weak his body may be, he is still very strong in spirit and fights to protect his friends and those who exist within his division. Exuding a kind nature to everyone that works in the 13th division, Ukitake seems to care for those who he loves. After all, he fights for Kuchiki Rukia correct? Does he not risk his life against his own sensei? The lengths he is willing to go and the strength that he truly possesses only allude to fathomless depths of his commitment and friendship.

Ichigo Kurosaki

Kurosaki Ichigo is a 15 year old student, with the ability to see ghosts. His life was forever changed when he met Kuchiki Rukia, a Death God, who is charged with sending lost souls to the afterlife, known as Soul Society. Whilst saving Ichigo from the attack of a malevolent ghost known as a Hollow, Rukia sustained serious injuries. Unable to finish the battle, she offers to share her powers, and responsibilities, with Ichigo.

Kurosaki Isshin

The father of the Kurosaki family, he is a widower, who is the neighborhood doctor, and the only one in their family who can't see ghosts at all. He is very overprotective of Ichigo (As he makes him come in every night by 7:00 pm) and is very strict on the rules. He uses physical violence to tend to matters that he is not very good at talking about, and wishes his son would communicate more with him.

Kurosaki Karin

Ichigo's little sister who, although she can see ghosts (in a blurred way), claims she doesnt believe in them - but if the opprotunity presents itself, she will try to make money off of her ability.

Kurosaki Masaki

This is Ichigo's mother who died 6 years ago. She was the most wonderful beautiful woman Ichigo has ever seen and he loved her very much. She died trying to protect him from getting killed - thus proving her love for him. She is near to the hearts of the whole Kurosaki family, and they visit her grave on the day she died every year in her memory.

Kurosaki Yuzu

Ichigo's other younger sister who looks up to him and envies that he can see ghosts so well. She wants to some day be able to see ghosts as well as he can. She feels like its her responsibility to help maintain the family since their mother died.

Rukia Kuchiki
Rukia Kuchiki is a cool-tempered shinigami who was sent on a hollow extermination patrol in Ichigo's hometown. Though her physical appearance is that of a teenage girl, in reality she is around 150 years old. Rukia is forced to transfer her power to Ichigo and assume a temporary lifestyle as a regular human. She registers at the local high school and takes up residence in Ichigo's closet, while teaching him how to be a substitute shinigami in her place.

Orihime Inoue
Orihime Inoue is a long-time classmate of Ichigo, closely linked to him by mutual friend Tatsuki Arisawa. She is effectively an orphan, as she and her elder brother Sora ran away from their abusive home at a young age, and her brother later died. Though initially devoid of spiritual powers, she begins to develop spiritual awareness and later obtains one of the most powerful healing abilities in the Bleach universe, able to completely restore a body to its previous state regardless of how severely it is wounded.

Yasutora "Chad" Sado
Yasutora Sado, better known as Chad, is one of Ichigo's few friends at school. He is a biracial (Japanese/Mexican) student who towers over his classmates. Despite his imposing appearance he is quite meek, and refuses to fight unless it is for the sake of another. He does not have awareness of ghosts at first, but this changes when he witnesses a group of children being attacked by a hollow. He discovers a unique ability that strengthens and armors one of his arms, enabling him to fight hollows. He later develops the ability to shoot energy from his armored arm. A strong and loyal fighter, Sado Yasutora joins the fight to save Kuchiki Rukia from Senzaikyuu merely because Ichigo was willing to die for this woman. A lot can be said by his silence and even more by his actions. He is quick with his fists if it means saving a life and believes that he cannot lose if his cause is just. He fight for Ichigo and Ichigo fights for him. If they make it out of Soul Society alive, Sado will no doubt rub his grandfather's memento between his fingers on the riverbank that he enjoys so peacefully.

Kisuke Urahara
A mysterious and cheery man characterized by his hat that shadows his eyes and the geta (wooden sandals) he wears, Kisuke Urahara runs the Urahara Shop, a candy store that also sells supernatural items to shinigami. Despite his sanguine nature he is one of the most significant figures in the Bleach universe, bearing immense knowledge of the spiritual realms which he uses to mastermind the operations of the protagonists.

Uryū Ishida
Though on the surface nothing more than the solitary class genius, Uryū Ishida is actually a Quincy, descendant of a line of priest-like hollow-hunting archers. He bears a deep grudge against all shinigami, including Ichigo, but comes to view Ichigo differently over time, eventually becoming an ally and friendly rival.

Renji Abarai
Renji Abarai is an elite shinigami bearing the rank of 6th Division lieutenant, making him second in command of a sub-branch of the shinigami armed forces. Although first introduced as a deadly enemy, he has conflicting loyalties between his duties and Rukia, with whom he grew up. A rash and driven man, he holds both a deep respect and animosity towards his immediate superior, 6th Division captain Byakuya Kuchiki.

Arisawa Tatsuki

This is ichigo's class mate and Orihime's best friend. Her and Ichigo grew up together, meeting in a karate class when they were 4. She is very strong for a girl and over protective of Orihime. She does not like the normal things girls seem to like such as makeup and boys but is a tomboy who is rough on the edges.

Chizuru

An all out lesbian, Chizuru makes fruitul attempts on Orihime and ends up being beat up by Tatsuki. Adding the touch of humor that makes Bleach popular, she is a minor character

Kon
Kon is a modified soul that was created by soul society to fight hollows. In creating him, they gave him more strength than they would normally, so when he is free he can do amazing things. By mistake on the Uraha shop, he is inserted into Ichigo's body while Ichigo takes his Shinigami form. During this period he explores the human world, by impressing people and showing off his ability. Once it is realize what has happend, he is tracked down and removed from Ichigo's body and paced in the body of a teddy bear. After this he began to idolize Rukia and he sometimes fills in for Ichigo when Ichigo must leave his body to fulfill his Shinigami duties.

Zaraki kenpachi
Zaraki Kenpachi is one of the most interesting captains in the Gotei 13, leading the 11th division. With spiked hair with bells at the end and an eye patch, one may not take him seriously at first. However, he is one of the mightiest and most feared captains in Seireitei. With his incredibly powerful fighting techniques, he heads the 11th division with a lust for fighting. In attaining his rank of captain, he accomplished the unprecedented—he attained this rank without even knowing the name of his Zanpakutou. By depending solely on his brute strength, he defeated and killed the previous 11th division commander without relying on his Zanpakutou for any strength, completing all of this in front of the rest of the Gotei 13. By defeating him in battle, Zaraki Kenpachi was entitled to the 11th division captainship.

Games Land on Wii and DS

Anime-style show Bleach is getting the royal treatment from Nintendo.

Two separate titles, one for the DS called Bleach: The Blade of Fate, and another for the Wii called Bleach: Shattered Blade will be released in the fall.

Bleach is an Adult Swim show which follows the story of 15-year-old Ichigo Kurosaki who fights to protect the Earth from ghost-like creatures called "Hollows."

Sounds...mesmerizing.

Anywho, Bleach: Shattered Blade will employ both the Wiimote and the Nunchuk and allow players to unlock different characters over the course of the storyline. The game will also allow for offline multiplayer mode. Bleach: The Blade of Fate is a 2D adventure employing "spirit card decks" which will give players special spells and power-ups. The DS version will allow for local online multiplayer mode.

Check 'em both out this fall and don't forget your wizard hat.

We're bitter because we wish this game was about teeth whitening.
